I went. I survived. YAY!!!!!!
No seriously, I didn't freak out/squeeze anyone's fingers until they lost feelings or try to run away at any time. I'm incredibly proud of myself. It wasn't a fun experience by any means but I did it. Honestly I think the worst part was after they gave me the anaceptic, because it made my heart race and the dentist basically described it to me as speeding everything up, but he didn't explain that until after I started having all of these feelings (apparently most people don't even notice the change in their bodies, to which I say, HOW?) and so I freaked out a little thinking I was having an allergic reaction/panic attack or both.
They should really tell you about that in advance.
My jaw still hurts and I'm nervous about eatting on that side of my mouth, but its over with. SO YAY! Thank you for all the good thoughts and wishes and love. And I love you all, you will be getting lots of comments today. And long distance hugs.
+Also, again, I'm going to try to catch up on comments and my f-list in general. So if I bombard your inboxes, sorry. Well, kind of sorry, lol. ;D
+Also, I feel terrible today. SO MEME TIME!!!!! (Not feeling well = memes in my life)
Give me a fandom and I will tell you:
• The first character I fell in love with:
• The character who is my ‘baby’:
• The character who I do not understand:
• The character that I think the show ruined:
• The most attractive male and female character:
• The character death that was the worst for me:
• The character that is the most like me:
• The character I think the writer(s) love:
• The character that I just want to be happy:
• My four favorite characters, past or present:
• My four least favorite characters, past or present:
(Most of my fandoms are on my profile, but feel free to shout out whatever you want. If I know it, I'll see what I can do. Also feel free to shout out more than one fandom, I don't mind/encourage it.)

Date: 2014-06-13 11:25 pm (UTC)• My four favorite characters, past or present: Chloe (obviously, LOL), Tess, Lex, and Oliver. (Though I have lots of love for lots more than that too.)
• My four least favorite characters, past or present: Jonathan (see above), Grant Gabriel (I have very strong anti-feelings for him, but I’m curious about when I finally get around to re-watching S7 if they might change), Dinah (I so wanted to like her, but most of the time I didn’t. Though I did enjoy watching her fight/be black canary, so there was that.), and hmmm…Jimmy. I always had Jimmy issues (though I never hated him…except for maybe parts of the end of S8.)
(Sorry I babble so much. This is what happens when I get to talk about things and probably a reason I should meta more in actual metas, so you don't have to hear it in memes. LOL)

Date: 2014-06-21 03:40 pm (UTC)Hmm, four favorites. You gave good answers. :D Mine would be, Chloe, Lex, Bart and Tess (both Tess and Chloe minus their thing for Clark, I will never get it. :P) honorable mention, Whitney and Jason though that's partly and in Jason's case mostly due to the actors. :P
Haha, the least favorite is apparently a lot easier for me than you. :D CLARK, Jonathan, Grant Gabriel (what was the point of him anyway?, and yes, they definitely could have done a better job with Dinah, also every single character when they're falling all over each other for Clark and act like he is the most noble and good person on the face of the earth. Like I said issues. You have your Jimmy issues and I have my Clark issues. (when it came to Chimmy I actually had more issues with Chloe than Jimmy, I mean I can't fault Jimmy for trying everything in his power to keep her but I do shake my head at Chloe for getting back together with him and even worse not breaking it off when it was so clear that she was making a huge mistake, having more of a connection with a virtual stranger than her fiance? Hello? tztz).

Date: 2014-06-22 11:12 pm (UTC)I like your answers too and your honorable mentions. Whitney doesn't get nearly enough fandom love.
Yes! What was the point of Grant Gabriel? Someone explain it to me please. Because mostly, I just wished Chloe had hit him with that stapler. Yeah, I think a lot of my problems with Dinah stemmed from the fact that they seemed to always be pitting her against other female characters and it just wasn't necessary. AT ALL. But there were some other issues too, like you said they could have done a better job with her in general, but she wasn't in so much of the series it was probably hard to build her into a character you fully understood. The shame is that I've seen teh actress in other things and LOVED her. So obviously it was not the actress, it was the writing.
Oh, I totally have issues with Chloe and her part of the whole Chimmy debacle too. She is most defenitely not blameless in everything that happened no matter what the season. She should have never agreed to marry him without being willing to tell him everything about her life. We never saw her ask Clark if she could tell him/the JL or any talk of it all. And that was a big mistake. (I don't say actually married him, because when she did she had Clark's secret erased from her mind, so who knows for sure if she would have gone through with it. One assumes but we can never actually know.) Chloe has plenty of blame in the failure of their relationship and has plenty of things she should have (and did at times) owned up to in it. But for me, Jimmy still ended up coming off worse. It might just be a personality thing. (Like you said you have your Clark issues, I have my Jimmy issues.)

Date: 2014-06-23 09:10 am (UTC)I'll never get the point of Grant, it can't be that his main purpose was to get Lois on the Daily Planet despite her lack of experience/references, since Clark got just as easily a job there in season 8 or maybe it was just some contrived ploy to cause tension between the cousins because of course the show hadn't enough drama already what with the whole Lana-Luthors-Clark storyline. In the end they probably just wanted another fresh face to stir things up because one wasn't enough. Dinah could have been awesome, too bad I was mostly indifferent to her in the end, however I do like her in fanfics, minus those where she's cheating with Oliver on Chloe of course.
I think the main reason I'm more mad at Chloe for her part in the Chimmy issues is that she's my favorite and I expect better from her. Whereas from Jimmy not so much, so while I do have issues with him for his fickle ways (Either dump Chloe if you can't deal with her secrecy or deal with it and drop it, not that passive aggressive shit), it doesn't bug me quite as much as Chloe catching the Clark-bug in how to treat her significant other and deal with his secret in relationships, especially after constantly calling him out on said behavior.... Ugh. (We can have issues together. :D)
