(Most fandoms are on my profile. Or you know, feel free to just shout out characters until we find one I know. Or fandom has taught me things about. And feel free to shout out lots of characters.
Also, I need to redo my icons again. I'm still sad about only having fifteen. My love of icons is unhealthy.)

My favorite same sex ship: I guess Oliver/Diggle. I don't usually read it that way, but I love that Diggle was the first person he revealed himself too and the way that he understands him in so many ways that others don't. They've both been to different hells and come back and that only brings them closer.
My favorite opposite sex ship: Oliver/Felicity. Again, I think there's an understanding there. And she makes him smile, she was the first person on the show to truly for no reason other than he was amused make her smile.
My most hated pairing: I wasn't a big fan of Oliver/Helena as a couple. They had their good moments and I liked her character, but it just didn't work for me. (I probably wouldn't say I hated it though.)
My favorite same sex unusual ship: Again, I'm not so good with the slash apparently.
My favorite opposite sex unusual ship: Oliver/McKenna. Idk if its really an unusual ship, but its one I enjoyed on the show and haven't seen a lot love for. She was my favorite of Oliver's onscreen romances so far.
My favorite threesome/moresome: Felicity/Oliver/Diggle. Again, its like a built in OT3.
My favorite crossover ship: Oliver/Alex Udinov. I just think it would work so perfectly. Both billionaires by day who fight crime by night. They're both survivors with huge amounts of survivor guilt. And they both put on the face of who the world thinks they are and let only a few people see the real them. I just love all the parallels and think it could work.
My favorite brotp/friendship ship: Oliver and Thea. Their relationship is one of my favorites on the show and I wish they would spend more time focusing on it. (Shout out to Oliver and Tommy, because I loved their relationship too.)
Klaus
My favorite same sex ship: Klaus/Stefan. Very screwed up, but I was always intrigued by their relationship in the 1920s.
My favorite opposite sex ship: Caroline/Klaus, for reasons listed above.
My most hated pairing: Klaus/Katherine or Elena. So many reasons that they should never happen.
My favorite same sex unusual ship: I don't think I have another one...
My favorite opposite sex unusual ship: Hmmm, I've grown to really like the Klaus/Hayley dynamic on The Originals. Its not a traditional ship imo, its not even romantic or anything along those lines, but I like how they play against each other and how there's more there under the surface between them.
My favorite threesome/moresome: Caroline/Klaus/Stefan
My favorite crossover ship: I'll have to think on this one.
My favorite brotp/friendship ship: Klaus+Rebekah+Elijah.

That's my biggest reason for shipping Felicity/Oliver. In the first couple of episodes he was so grim and rarely smiled. And she titled her head snarking away and he couldn't' help but smile. The funny thing it reminds me of chlex. Well at least my reason to shipping Chlex. Don't remember the episode but it's when Chloe interviews Lex at the mansion and Clark is supposed to be recording and he messes up and Chloe gets snarky and Lex can't help but smile/laugh
Not really watching The Originals. But when I I do watch I tend to get more Hayley/Elijah vibes.

Date: 2014-01-28 01:28 am (UTC)I never really thought of the Chlex parallels but now that you mentioned it, I can totally see what you mean. Lex was totally amused by her snark/wit/obvious thoughts about Clark in that moment and I always loved that. And he was totally intrigued by this girl who didn't care who he was. I'm telling you, blonde tech girls. They make all the guys stand up and notice sooner or later.
The show is definitely going for the Hayley/Elijah thing and I can see it and enjoy it most of the time. But I like the relationship she's developing far slower with Klaus too. She still hates him a lot of the time, but they have similar thought patterns and goals and its interesting to see them interact. Like I said, IDK if I'd considered it really a romantic ship, more of an alliance and I'm interested where they'll go with it.
