We'll my doctor who knowledge is limited to the last two seasons. So we'll go with Eleven. XD
1. Eleven/Amy Pond. I do totally ship them, but I also just love their friendship. I love how much they trust each other and how well she seems to get him without him ever having to explain himself.
2. Eleven/Rory. As a friendship. I love the team they make up and how they interact with each other. And I love the scene where he pops out of the cake at Rory's bachelor party.
3. Eleven/Craig. I would love it if they made him a companion. Him and the doctor together never fails to make me giggle.
