Rating/Warnings PG-13 (For talk of subject matter but nothing you would hear on the show, but still might make you squeamish. Its probably more PG but just in case. Basically talk of blood/gore.)
Summary: Fred hadn’t understood what she meant, but hadn’t been able to say anything out loud. “Don’t worry, you will.” Cordelia had told her, like she could read her mind. She had placed a kiss on her forehead and that’s when the images had begun. (Post “You’re Welcome” and then goes AU.)

summary: The hallucinations start early. They always do. (She’s been here before, remember?) She sees them in the corners of the room; her father, mother, Tyler, Alaric, Klaus…Caroline searches out for Stefan, but she doesn’t see him. It doesn’t seem fair. (AU after 5x21, but still with the possibility of the same ending as the finale. They’d just get their differently.)
