fic: she's the giggle at a funeral
Apr. 7th, 2015 09:08 pmtitle: she’s the giggle at a funeral
fandom: the vampire diaries (with a slight crossover with the originals)
characters/ships: caroline, klaus, stefan, and some visits from Elijah (caroline/stefan, caroline/klaus)
word count: 8k-ish...it kind of became a thing.
rating/warnings: pg-13, spoilers for tvd up to 6x17, regular warnings for vampires, emotionless vampires and the things they do, death, blood, and the what not.
summary: Klaus heard about the two of them long before he saw them, before he knew they were the force of nature taking the country, the supernatural world, by storm.
a/n: written for the lovely
ishi_chan who wanted to see Klaus having to deal with a humanity-free!caroline and stefan. I hope this is even a little what you wanted.
a/n 2: mostly takes place in NO, but very little from the show plays a part. it just wouldn't work for the story. so we get klaus and elijah but everyone is...gone for the weekend? also this somehow ended up being more about Caroline than anything else. it happens when I write things.
( “It’s always been a game, Klaus, you know that better than anyone,” Caroline says, “It’s just that I’ve finally learned the rules.” )
