That scene always makes me want someone to show up and hug him! When Ollie's sad, it makes me sad. Same here. Poor guy got stuck with Cat instead. I feel the same way about Lois. Whenever she cries, it breaks my heart.
And yes, that's totally where the insperation came from. I love that you could pick up on it. Success! You know I'm a total Rory/Jess shipper but Rory/Logan grew on me and that was one of my favorite moments for them, which is why it stuck with me.
Even though its a phrase that came about because of the titanic, that's what I asssociate with it. XD You know, I didn't know that, but it makes a lot of sense. :D
