The writers definitely should feel the same way though. :) I actually still haven't watched the second half of season 9 yet, I intended to start once all the episodes aired but somehow I haven't gotten around to it yet, and not because of lack of time...
Abso-freaking-lutely, happiness for all, please! Except for the bad guys of course. :P
So many great characters so hard to pick two to fill the top four because of course Dean and Sam are my frontrunners for that. :D I would say Bobby and Ash complete that list for me. (Also, Chuck and the ladies you listed (while I do love Castiel he's another one who has run his course a bit for me, though obviously nowhere near as much as Crowley, also the fandom doesn't help either).
And I have John issues too. And Gordon is evil obviously.
